Why Is Ginger Dried?
Fresh ginger contains significant moisture. Drying reduces its water content, making it more suitable for storage, handling and further processing.
Our ginger is available as dried slices and powder. Slices retain the physical form of the rhizome, while powder offers a finely ground ingredient ready for use in food production.

Sliced or Ground: What's the Difference?
Sliced Ginger
Dried ginger pieces that retain the structure of the original rhizome. Suitable for applications requiring sliced ingredients or further processing.
Ginger Powder
Finely ground ginger, sieved to a specified particle size of 300–600 mesh. Ideal for applications requiring a consistent powdered ingredient.
Choose the format that best fits your production process and desired final texture.
